- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Final sale items (such as clearance, lingerie, skincare, and accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged.
✨ Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✨ Exchanges
- Exchanges may be made in-store within 14 days if the item is in stock.
- Online customers may request an exchange by contacting us before mailing items back.
✨ How to Return
- In-Store Purchases: Simply bring your receipt and items to the boutique.
- Online Orders: Repack your items securely, include your order number, and ship back to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
