Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Final sale items (such as clearance, lingerie, skincare, and accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged.

✨ Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

✨ Exchanges

Exchanges may be made in-store within 14 days if the item is in stock.
Online customers may request an exchange by contacting us before mailing items back.

✨ How to Return

In-Store Purchases: Simply bring your receipt and items to the boutique.
Online Orders: Repack your items securely, include your order number, and ship back to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
